1. General

This policy explains how B and B LLC («ԲԻ ԸՆԴ ԲԻ» ՍՊԸ; registration no. 85.110.948222; 18/2 Tandzaghbyur St, Tsaghkadzor, Kotayk Province, Republic of Armenia) — the “Company” — processes the personal data of visitors to auroraresort.am (the “Website”).

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Protection of Personal Data” and other applicable rules. By using the Website and sending a request, you confirm that you have read this policy.

2. Data we receive

Data you provide yourself: your name, phone number, email address and the content of your request or message.

If you message us on WhatsApp or Telegram, we receive the data passed on by that messenger (profile name, phone number or username, message text).

Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, date and time of access. These are recorded automatically in the hosting server logs.

The Website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser only stores settings: the selected language and whether you have closed information banners.

3. Why we use the data

To respond to your request, advise you on the apartments and purchase terms, arrange a viewing, and prepare a reservation and agreements.

To keep the Website running securely and protect it from misuse.

We do not send you marketing messages without your separate consent and do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, given when you send a request through the Website form or contact us yourself; preparing and performing an agreement at your request; compliance with legal obligations.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Our contractors may process data only to the extent needed to run the Website and contact you: the hosting provider and the email service. Their servers may be located outside the Republic of Armenia.

WhatsApp and Telegram are independent data controllers and process data under their own terms.

Data may be disclosed to public authorities where expressly required by law.

6. Retention

We keep request data for as long as needed for the purposes above, but no longer than three years after your last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or to perform a concluded agreement. Technical logs are kept for the periods set by the hosting provider.

7. Security

We take reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction, including a secure connection (HTTPS) and access limited to staff who need it for their work.

8. Your rights

You may ask which of your data we process, request correction or deletion, restrict processing and withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

To exercise your rights, write to info@auroraresort.am. We will reply within the time limits set by law.

You may also lodge a complaint with the authorised personal data protection body of the Republic of Armenia.
